Monday, September 10: Gentle Yoga and Meditation
Lead by Susan Joseph
This class is easily adaptable for those who wish to use chairs.
You will be practicing gentle stretching, breathing, and meditation.
No yoga experience is necessary, but is welcomed.
Yoga’s many benefits often include increased mental focus, spiritual wellbeing,
flexibility, body awareness, and restored vitality.
Eat only lightly before this session.
Please arrive early to fill out an intake form (bring your reading glasses,
and an open mind—the body will follow!)
